WHO WE ARE?
The company started in 2013. We specialize in production of various wooden souvenirs, business gifts, toys, furniture and other on-demand products. More than 40% of our products are exported to Scandinavian countries and United States.
We are strong in development and realization of small wooden products. We are able to create new conceptual models from an idea to end final product.
OUR SERVICES AND PRODUCTION PROCESS
01. CONCEPT DESIGN
The most important thing is vision what do you want to see at the end of the project. Our task is to bring an idea to real life. We are designers-engineers making detailed drawings and preparing files for production.
02. WOOD PREPARATION/ PROCESSING
Preparation and processing of material are essential for every stage of production. Well-prepared solid wood or plywood significantly reduces possibility to appear defects related to material.
03.CNC MILLING/ LASER CUTTING
CNC milling and CO2 laser cutting machines are used to cut wood or plywood. CNC is usually used to work with thick solid wood, and laser cutting is more suitable for fine cutting having many small parts and difficult ornaments. CO2 laser is mostly used for thin plywood.
04. LASER ENGRAVING AND MARKING
CO2 laser marking machine is usually used to put logos, series of repetitive fine objects or texts on various wooden items. Such equipment is widely used in mass production because of high speed of marking. Laser engraving-cutting machine is used to engrave objects with large working areas.
05. COLORING AND UV PRINTING
If you need a colorful logo or maybe you want to print your own picture on wooden puzzle, clock, etc., we can offer several techniques to realize your vision:
- UV print on hard surfaces
- Coloring with pressurized air
- Hand painting
06. PACKAGING
Each item is carefully packed in order to ensure safe and smooth delivery of goods to the client. We can create an aesthetic design of the package if needed.
Private label manufacturer
Our experience and production process give us an opportunity to carry out private label projects. We cooperate with small companies unable to have their own equipment. We work with large companies seeking for faster manufacturing process, lower cost of production and ensuring highest quality standards.
